From Traditional B2B Sales to Sales Engineering in the new-age
APMP India has partnered with the National Skills Development Corporation (NSDC) for market-led skills development.
Based on extensive market research and discussions with industry leaders, APMP India has identified several core competencies required for the future technical and management workforce. The future workforce needs to have a combination of technical, interpersonal, and strategic skills to succeed. They must be able to adapt to changing market trends and technologies while building strong relationships with customers and providing innovative solutions that drive growth.
To develop these core competencies APMP India has designed four placement-linked upskilling programs for engineering and management students and they have been recognized by the NSDC. The training programs will be delivered as additional subjects for engineering and management students during their academic sessions in a hybrid mode. Participants of these programs will be assessed based on their competencies and certified by APMP India and NSDC.
The industry partners of APMP India will provide internship opportunities to the certified participants and hire them as per their business requirements. As per the agreement with NSDC, APMP India will place 70% of the certified future workforce in the industry.
APMP India will be delivering the training programs through its network of training partners and monitor the quality and effectiveness of the training. APMP India will work with the industry partners to continually update the training programs based on the market requirements.
