Nathan Peddie works with JLL, a global commercial real estate services company focused on partnering with clients to shape a better world of work. In his current role as the Head of Solutions, Proposals and Sales Enablement for Asia Pacific, Nathan and his team are responsible for the strategy, production, and submission of customized bids including proposals and presentations across JLL’s Work Dynamics business, with a specialization in facilities and property management pursuits.
His responsibilities include developing compelling, client-centric real estate solutions through engaging proposals and pitches. He leads a team of passionate solution, proposal and sales enablement specialists who partner with JLL teams across the region and with counterparts globally to develop business-winning propositions to new and existing clients.
Nathan is APMP Foundation Certified and is trained in Luma Design Thinking, and Miller Heiman Sales Methodologies. Originally from Scotland, Nathan has been based in India for the past seven years and has spent over a decade working across Asia Pacific. He has been an APMP India Governing Board member since July 2022 and is responsible for marketing, events and sponsorship strategy.
