Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Manage projects and support large and strategic pursuits for the firm.
  • Work along with various functional teams (Respective Heads and engagement teams) involved in the proposal development process.
  • Drive, formulate and ideate customized proposals and presentations – developing and refining value proposition and key win messages.
  • Experience in responding to Government Tenders
  • Formulate customized strong value propositions.
  • Conceptualize new ideas in storyboarding ideating PowerPoint presentations.
  • Participate along with the opportunity to assess clients demand and budget, in order to develop a relevant and strong bid response
  • Should have success in achieving revenue, profit and business growth objectives within Govt. /PSU vertical.
  • Lead end-to-end proposal development process encompassing stages from EOI (Expression of Interest) to orals.
  • Build a bid project plan and ensure effectiveness.
  • Organize and lead project team communications, including team meetings and calls, touchpoints and action item follow-up.
  • Should be interested in business turnaround, Dealmaking, Client Servicing, Government Sales, Pre Sales and RFP creation.
  • Leads presentations for the entire project with the client. Advocates a point of view and orchestrates, addresses difficult questions/ conflicts during presentations.
  • Ability to work and contribute towards the firms win target.
  • Build collaterals specific to an opportunity and liaise with external parties/clients.
  • Ability to present content aesthetically, working with the internal brand and design team of Petonic.
  • Revenue acceleration and cost reduction.
  • Review final production materials, so that message quality, format and content meet client needs, and are consistent with firm-wide communication guidelines
  • Successfully transform Tactical selling to Consultative selling approach by customized solutions and relation-building with Authorities.
  • Work with global pursuit teams within the Petonic network on cross border deals
  • Lead and monitor the performance of team members
  • Provides coaching and mentoring to others
  • Assigns and oversees work

Desirable Qualifications:

MBA with excellent Communication
The Individual Should be –

  • Experience in responding to Government Tenders
  • Proficient in Ms-Office (Word, PPT and Excel)
  • Good analytical, writing and articulation skills
  • Good project management experience
  • Self-motivated with the ability to take directions and work independent
  • Experience working on large-scale Business / Operational Transformation      projects desirable
  • Strong program management skills
  • Proven Experience in thought leadership and consulting in the sales domain to Government/Institutional bodies
  • Open to travel within short notice, domestic
