Winning an award from APMP India is a real-time achievement for me. I sincerely thank APMP India for recognizing the few years of effort I put into spreading the knowledge of Bid Management in the community and honoring me with the 'Thought Leader of the Year' award in BPC Asia 2022. This positively changed my profile in the market and helped me increase my visibility drastically, inside and outside my workplace. Such kind of recognition makes me more energetic and responsible, and sets me to do more for the Bid and Proposal community.

I was honored to win the Trailblazer Award for BPC Asia 2022. Receiving this prestigious award from APMP India was a moment I will cherish for the rest of my life. It was a confirmation that I am doing a good job, and it has boosted my CV. In addition to the tangible benefits of the award, such as enhanced recognition in my organization and exposure to more challenging roles, there have also been intangible benefits. For example, I have seen a spike in my LinkedIn networking activity. Year on, I now realize that this award has given me industry recognition and opened many opportunities that would not have been possible otherwise. Thank you, APMP India!

APMP India awards have been a source of pride, reminding me that dedication and perseverance are always recognized and rewarded. With each proposal I manage, they have fortified my determination to continue pushing boundaries, delivering exceptional results, and giving back to the community that has shaped my journey.

Last year, I received a runners-up award, 'Above & Beyond for Business Practices,' in the inaugural BPC Asia conference for identifying the improvement areas and implementing the learnt APMP best practices at my workplace.  The award has helped me grow in my profession and bring positive changes in how Bid Management functions in my current organisation, Adenza. A few of those initiatives that I have worked on include Bid Process rollout for a new BU (Business Unit), Central Knowledge Repository (for Presales responses), and Bid Status Dashboards (for Management Reporting). In the process, I have gained the respect and credibility of peers and senior management. This award has reinforced my APMP credentials and allowed me to display my bid expertise at my workplace.

The award was a clear recognition of my skills and contributions in the field of Bids and proposals. Within the organizations I have worked for, these awards helped me gain more reputation, and foster trust among the stakeholders and peer group. It increased my visibility in the APMP community in India and across the globe by virtue of which my professional network expanded. I am highly grateful to APMP India, and I am extremely motivated to continue striving for excellence.

Winning this prestigious award for "Above and Beyond" was truly a defining moment in my professional journey. This award served as a powerful credential, validating the hard work and dedication I have put into this field. Was recognised at the leadership level for applying proposal strategies by adopting the Best Practices From APMP BOK. This recognition boosted my confidence, provided an edge over my peers and enabled me to take on bigger challenges and responsibilities. Overall, winning this award led to the "Butterfly Effect" in my career and I'm very thankful to APMP India.

It's been a year since I got the award for "Thought Leadership", since then this award speaks on behalf of me wherever I represent. It gave me a competitive advantage over my peers in the industry and set me apart from others in our organization. My leadership recognized the value of the award as my submission was on "Bridging the gap between the Industry and AT&T along with the Impact of automation in our day-to-day business". Thank you APMP India and BPC for identifying the individuals and helping us to build our professional journey in proposal management.

Since winning this esteemed award, my career trajectory has been marked by accelerated growth and enhanced opportunities. At my current organization, ICF, I was able to access and handle more complex bids. Additionally, it was a feather in my bidding cap. The APMP India Above and Beyond Business Practice Award changed everything. It showed me the power of recognition and how aiming for excellence and innovation can transform careers. My journey stands as proof that dedication leads to limitless prospects.

2022-23 has been an amazing journey and has brought a lot of accolades to my professional life. One of the major reasons was APMP India. APMP India trusted me with its vision and mission and gave me opportunities that I could never have thought of. I was a proud receiver of awards in APMP BPC ASIA 2022 due to which I got recognised on a larger platform and I got to be known well in the Bid and Proposal Management community. I received not 1 but 2 awards which I could never ever think of.  One was - ‘Emerging Leader’ and the other was ‘Above and Beyond for Business Practices’. I could not have achieved all of this without the constant support of APMP India and its board members. I look forward to a greater association with this unparalleled community and wish to contribute towards its betterment.
