Job Description

  • Manage a team of Presales and Graphics Professionals.
  • Understand and qualify customer goals and effectively articulate ProcessMAP’s ability to meet these goals
  • Work on proposals and solutioning for large and complex deals.
  • To structure and produce compelling sales proposals/commercial and technical documentation outlining the cost savings and business benefits to clients of using ProcessMAP Platform proposition.
  • Work in concert with the US Presales and sales team to build and adapt presales, marketing and sales strategies and support successful sales into global companies
  • Assist in sales stages such as demonstrations, proof-of-concept (POCs), RFXs & business justification in a technical Presales capacity.
  • Maintaining awareness of internal roadmap and new product features to evangelize with customers and their feedback to ProcessMAP product management and engineering teams.
  • Influence the improvement of Presales processes and practices.
  • Continuously learn and update skills and keep aware of industry trends in the EHS&S Software space.
  • Handle basic analytics requests and work with the analytics team to take up the complex ones.
  • Work with clients for writing case studies on ROI and business benefits that they have realised from using our products and solutions.
  • Distill and advocate customer interests, needs and product feedback to Product Management, Engineering, and Sales.


  • 15+ years of experience in a Presales role, with a record of top performance in the B2B SaaS space for enterprise accounts.
  • A firm understanding of cloud-based solutions or ERP solutions.
  • A high-level understanding of Presales and marketing strategies.
  • Ability to travel 5% to 10% (when the world opens).

Education & Background

  • An MBA graduate with Marketing/Finance/Business specialization is required.
  • A Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, MIS, or a comparable field is preferred.
  • Background in product development/ management or experience with technical pre-sales roles with digital-first SaaS platforms will be preferred.
  • Candidates with strong and relevant B2B Presales/inside sales experience in an IT/ITES company can also be advantageous.
