The overall purpose of this position is to lead the Regional RFP team based in Hyderabad. Daily job will entail:

  1. Over seeing the work of the resources within the team
  2. Prepare responses to RFPs and RFIs for all markets by partnering with RFP Manager and different internal departments. In addition, write and/or edit content for investment marketing literature.
  3. Interact with the teams in Asia ex- Japan, EMEA and US to develop RFP responses.
  4. Maintain RFPIO database for Regional RFP Team.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Complete and/or coordinate RFPs and RFIs for respective regional markets.
  • If necessary, work closely with RFP Lead and RFP teams at investment centers to assemble response data, create new/custom answers for non-product questions.
  • Maintain and update RFP database (RFPIO) by uploading new content in the system.
  • Track and report on RFP production metrics (e.g., turnaround time, quality, results).
  • Support content creation across a wide range of financial services topics and market commentaries for investment marketing literatures, e.g., presentations.
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with internal business partners.

Formal Education (minimum requirement to perform job duties):

  • Master’s degree required.

Work Experience

  • 5-6 year experience in asset management industry preferred.
  • 2-4 year experience in RFP production. Knowledge of institutional RFPs preferred.
  • 2-4 year experience in writing and/ or editing financial services marketing materials preferred.
  • General knowledge of investment products required.


  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; able to write and edit range of marketing literature
  • Ability to follow firm’s style guidelines with consistent application of brand, design, and grammar/writing style.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment, as well as to handle multiple concurrent assignments, work independently, and assume personal responsibility for deliverables.
  • Ability to work under pressure, with tight deadlines, while maintaining high level of accuracy.
  • Attention to detail, self-directed and well organized
  • Advanced computer skills including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
