Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for Analysing of Bid-Decision Making on Bid-No Bid to identify winnable bid.
  • Interacting with the Customers to maximize the Accuracy of the Bids & new business development
  • Checking pre bid qualifications of tenders Understanding Tender Document, preparing summary plan ,review of Technical & Commercial terms
  • Interacting OEM’s for better commercials and better understanding of the solutions.
  • Review & analysis of Vendor offers & negotiations with vendors at best price.
  • Pre Bid & Post-bid discussions with vendors
  • Interacting with the Stakeholders like Sales, Pre-sales, Solution Architect, Finance Team, Project Team, SCM Team etc. to manage the response to “Request for Tenders (RFP) issued by purchasing Authorities and ensure that the solution proposed is complete and appropriate and results in the best proposal possible.
  • Preparing of the Final Commercials for all Mid and Large Bids, in consultation with Senior management.
